Such a Feeling

The vibrancy of life is not felt just in the rays of the sun and the gentle lull of the whistling wind. It is also shown in the tracers left by the many vehicles traversing the evening roads and the quiet eye that the moon casts over the long and loving night.

From the country to the concrete jungle, nature finds a way. Even as man advances and finds his way more and more embedded in a digital age than before, you can never forget nature’s part in it all. The luminescence of the firefly we’ve re-imagined in our signs and in multiple colors. The sounds of the night that we once feared are now the ones that call us to go out and dance, to carouse, and to have a good time.

I don’t know that there is a specific name for that feeling, but such a feeling can’t be too wrong (if you watch how often you give in. 😉 ).

Here are today’s photos:

I’ll be working with the Dallas International Film Festival this year I found out on Saturday. I will be taking pics of some of the Red Carpet events and helping with some of the other photography needs they may have between April 12 – 22. The lens steps in a new direction and so must I. No one ever got ahead by staying behind, so I don’t intend to either.

Success is such a feeling!
