Yesterday’s Gold – A Jazz/Funk/Disco Party

A big shout out to Texas Theatre, DJ Tommyboy, DJG, and Paris Vidal for hosting a lovely gathering this past Saturday night. A night of Soft Rock, Fusion Jazz, and a little Disco kick for the masses was just what the doctor ordered.

The historic Texas Theatre housed the event and brought it’s own ambiance to the theme. The low lights, high appeal of the music, and fervor of the crowd made for a memorable evening.

And for all the other cool fare that the Texas Theatre brings you, check out this link:

Mondays are quiz nights and Tuesdays are fantastic for strange and exotic cinema. There is always something worth checking out there!

Summer progresses on, poolside action is at an all-time high, and the heat is on the rise. The It’ll Do Dancing Club opens this weekend and the world-famous John Digweed will be here this weekend! Got my work cut out for me, but cannot wait to cut loose and party this weekend.

It doesn’t have to be Disco to make it a party.

Although it really does help. 😉
