Violently Happy

So I interviewed Boy George and Marc Vedo for Central Track tonight, got to see the Wu Tang Clan (at Breakaway Festival) and Depeche Mode for free last week, have a date set for this Saturday, and have worked the hardest two weeks so far at the new job.

Compound it with helping plan a surprise party for my mother’s birthday two weeks ago and trying to keep my side projects/work going and I think I finally understand the full meaning of Bjork‘s titular song.  The Masters at Work treatment of joyous cacophony draws it all in even tighter.

I’m so happy right now that I could cry.  I won’t, but I could.

I’m a blessed and lucky man to experience what I have so far in life (and the goodness shown to me in just the past week alone). Goodness does pay out decent dividends every now and then.     😉
